Ask anyone suffering from extreme tinnitus and they’ll tell you that they would be willing to do just about anything to experience immediate tinnitus relief.
This isn’t surprising, considering that this awful condition has driven some otherwise intelligent people completely mad, sometimes leading to the individual taking his or her own life.
I realize that this is a pretty grim thought. Tinnitus can provide a pretty grim reality to the sufferer.
I won’t get into the full spectrum of symptomologies that can both define and result from tinnitus. If you would like that information, please refer to my tinnitus symptoms article.
Instead, we are going to talk about how to experience substantial tinnitus relief as quickly as possible. Sounds good, right? I thought it might.
Here are a few measures that many of your fellow tinnitus sufferers have implemented in an effort to enjoy significant tinnitus relief for themselves. It is very unlikely that all of these suggestions will work for everyone who applies them. Therefore, it is important to go through the list and try as many as you can in order to find the options that work best for you.

Tinnitus Relief – Recommended Reading:
If you noticed the name of this website, it would stand to reason that this is the resource I can’t recommend strongly enough to anyone suffering from tinnitus.
The Tinnitus Miracle system is intended to be used as the definitive guidebook for real and lasting tinnitus relief.
Lasting?
Tinnitus Miracle is actually being marketed as a full cure to the condition, and not merely a treatment. Bold claim, right? But when you understand how this system came into existence, it becomes a bit easier to see beyond any skepticism.
I will give you the link to read my full review of Mr. Coleman’s book in just a moment. But I would first like to quickly point out the fact that this program did not come about as the result of the author trying to sell a book, but rather as a means of treating himself of this dreadful inner ear condition.
I just wanted to make that distinction for you before we proceed. If you would like to learn more about Thomas Coleman’s story, why you should listen to him, and what this Tinnitus Miracle book really has to offer you, I invite you to go over my review at this time…

Tinnitus Relief as Explained by Western Medicine
The Mayo Clinic actually has some great information about Tinnitus, although it seems to me as though they really downplay the potential severity of the condition.
I believe this because I’ve spent many hours in multiple tinnitus forums and have seen the havoc T can wreak on people’s lives.
An alarming number of people are admittedly “at the end of their ropes,” and are ever so desperate for a reliable treatment.
This said, the Mayo Clinic’s online tinnitus section has some pretty valuable information, of which I will share some cliffnotes with you now.
- A common problem, tinnitus affects about 1 in 5 people.
- Tinnitus usually isn’t a sign of something serious.
- Often, tinnitus can’t be treated.
- Avoid loud noises.
- Avoid nicotine and reduce alcohol intake.
- Cover up the noise (with other noises).
- Manage stress.
- Xanax
- Antidepressants
- Earwax removal
- Blood vessel repair
- Tinnitus retraining (discussed thoroughly in Tinnitus Miracle)
- Hearing aids
They go on to assert that there is little evidence to support that alternative medicine treatments work for tinnitus. But in all fairness, evidence is the result of testing, and the pharmaceutical companies are almost NEVER in the business of testing natural cures and treatments, are they?
Tinnitus Relief – My Final Thoughts:
Tinnitus can have a profound adverse affect on the quality of your life. While it is wise to look into all possible methods of acquiring relief, there is also usually a real sense of urgency associated with getting those irritating noises out of your head.
While sound medical advise is important, beware of the intentions of most physicians, as their paychecks are usually signed by big drug companies who may or may not have your best interests in mind.
Resorting to the use of chemicals to treat your condition may not be the most ideal choice. In Thomas Coleman’s case, the drugs he was prescribed did very little, if anything at all, to reduce his symptoms.
Not all “alternative medicine treatments” are created equal. And in fact, some of them may not have much of an effect at all… until combined with another one. I would again encourage you to pick up the Tinnitus Miracle system, as it is the result of the perfect combination of factors working together to undo the damage that has lead to your tinnitus.
It’s reverse engineering at its finest, and is certainly worth a closer look…
